opening September 22nd: Expo by Siene Hollemans
We are super excited to invite you to the vernissage of Siene Hollemans' expo at GRUUN on September 22nd. Come and have a drink with us!
Siene (26) is a Brussels based artist, mainly focused on ceramics.
Siene’s artistic practice is a translation of her everyday surroundings and the places she inhabits. She captures these spaces and (de)(re)construct them, giving rise to new configurations. Through this process, she finds the freedom to establish her own unique structures, serving as a means to sift through the chaotic jumble of everyday life. Within this realm, sculpted freaks and creatures awaken from their everyday settings and imaginary landscapes. They unveil themselves in a new body, far away from their usual surroundings.
