Bieke Buckinx is a Brussels painter and is working on a professional basis since 2016. In her figurative work, current topics are discussed that express themselves visually in portrait or object, in an overall picture or in detail. Illustration and typography are extras that characterise her work.

She developed the series “STORIES” for the exhibition at GRUUN: a series of paintings based on screenshots of Instagram stories.

The expo will last until the end of February 2020.
